Through its Education Centre, Le Phare works with children and their families as well as with its many partners to develop and transform community pediatric palliative care practices using a personalized, compassionate, collaborative and innovative approach.
The Centre fulfills Le Phare’s purpose of providing a specialized and innovative training environment by combining a variety of learning opportunities. These include a digital learning environment, as well as various workshops, talks and co-development meetings with partners. We also offer basic training and professional development courses. As part of our training and education mission, a number of our programs are made available to international partners.
Access to Le Phare’s digital learning environment is free and open to all. The modules have been specifically designed to meet the needs of families, their loved ones, healthcare professionals (with continuing education credits) and volunteers of Le Phare. Users must create a profile to access the content, their proofs of training and training record.
